Breakfast - the staff forget, or chose not, to put on the Noise Pollution Unit. Hooray! During a reflective breakfast period, aided by the lack of distraction from either driving drums and/or plangent melismatic commentary on the highs & lows of coupling, a deepening sense of the present period in my life, what is involved, what needs to be addressed.
